Ron Raudelunas took his first river trip on the Truckee River in 1983. With 24 years of experience under his belt, Ron has guided rapids on 10 rivers spanning across three states: Colorado, California and West Virginia, and two countries: the U.S. and Costa Rica. Overall, Ron’s favorite trip was 28-days on the Grand Canyon! Though his favorite trip for scenery is Toro River, Costa Rica, the trip he thinks is the most exciting is Bailey Canyon on the North Fork of the South Platte River. On his day off, you might find Ron hiking, biking, hitting the slopes in the winter or on a thrilling overnight rafting trip!
