So you want it ALL, rafting near Denver!!!  All of Clear Creek Canyon trip will start you out in the morning, putting on in the natural surroundings of the free flowing snowmelt of the Rocky Mountains at 8200 ft.  After warming up in the first mile, you will find yourself in the steep and narrow rapids of  Meat and Bones followed by Lumpy’s, each is close to a ½ mile long class IV+.  Follow that up with our most popular stretch of river, Upper Clear Creek Canyon, filled with continuous class III and IV rapids that include Nomad, Phoenix (named after the Phoenix Gold Mine), and finishes with Outer Limits before you float into a lunch at Riley Cooper Park, on the banks of Clear Creek in Idaho Springs.

After our amazing lunch (Describe lunch), you will put back on Clear Creek and continue through Middle Clear Creek Canyon’s class II and III rapids that finish with Mr. Twister before heading into Lower Clear Creek Canyon.  Here, the first two 8 foot waterfalls, Upper and Lower Beaver falls will get your attention before you encounter the steepest and most continuous section of Colorado whitewater, from Guide Ejector through Double Knife and Hells ½ mile, you will drop over 150′ vertical feet in less than 1 mile.  Finish your day with Terminator, Corkscrew and Whew! it’s over.  You are at 6700 feet 18 miles later deep in Clear Creek Canyon.
